Fred Mazaheri
Chief Executive Officer
Fred Mazaheri is the CEO and President of Mazaheri Properties.
Mazaheri began his career in real estate in 1987, purchasing foreclosed residential properties during the recession and fixing them himself. Fred could see the value in saving the properties and making them rentable to tenants. Mazaheri was so committed to doing the work himself and the right way – he enrolled in specialized tech courses to earn knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Mazaheri from beginning to end would take personal pride in every project he undertook.
After a decade of building his residential portfolio, Mazaheri sold the properties and moved his career into multifamily investments which then led to commercial real estate. Mazaheri began to take on development projects in 2010. The most recent development is a two-story 90,000 square foot building on May and Memorial that has become a restaurant hotspot as well as featuring exciting retail and office space. With over 30 years in the real estate business in the Oklahoma City Metro area, Mazaheri now boasts a large diversified portfolio that includes retail, office, medical, hotel and land investments.
Mazaheri received his Bachelors in Science in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Iran in 1976. He went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 1977. Mazaheri graduated first in his class and then received the David Ross full scholarship for an Industrial Engineering Ph. D program at Purdue University. He developed an econometric model which was widely used by engineers and econometricians. The technique was published in the Journal of Computer and Industrial Engineering.
Mazaheri has built a business he loves with his wife, four children, and grandchildren. In his spare time you will find Fred farming crepe myrtles on his land, drinking tea, or playing with his grandchildren.
Ruth Mazaheri
Vice President
Mrs. Mazaheri has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and in 1979 received a Master's degree from Purdue University. From 1980 to 2008, she worked in a variety of mental health and community development settings including the Mental Health Association of Howard County in Kokomo, Indiana; Howard Community Hospital, Regional Mental Health Center in Kokomo, Indiana; Red Rock Behavioral Health Center in Oklahoma City, OK; and the Latino Community Development Agency in Oklahoma City. In 2008, she opened a consulting firm, RBM Consulting, LLC where she provided mental health and alcohol and drug services in a small private practice setting. In 2020, she retired. She has a strong background in administration, program development, and grant writing. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol (LPC) and Drug Counselor (LADC).
Ms. Mazaheri has been a strong supporter of her husband since he established Mazaheri Properties in the late 1980’s. During the early years, she was involved providing administrative assistance while her husband, Fred, was working hands on building the foundation of what today has become a large commercial real estate enterprise. Since 2008, she has dedicated a large amount of her time to the business, has managed and currently serves as the Vice-President of Mazaheri Properties providing financial and general oversight to the daily operations of the business.
As a family business, our four children have been raised to be a part of the business from early age. They are involved in different aspects of the business and serve as the long term anchor to support the vision set by Fred for Mazaheri Properties.
Michelle Mazaheri Williams
Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Mazaheri Williams is the Chief Operating Officer at Mazaheri Properties. Mrs. Mazaheri Williams has over 15 years of experience in property management and oversight.
Entrepreneurship and hard work have always been strong values in the Mazaheri household. Michelle spent many years learning all aspects of the business first hand - cleaning, filing, running errands, and leasing. At the age of eighteen, Michelle became a valuable property manager and supervisor. While taking college classes at night, she managed several multifamily properties and earned a strong reputation for business management and production.
Michelle Mazaheri Williams received a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Oklahoma City University. At Oklahoma City University, she founded the Hispanic Student Association’s Latino Leadership Conference and has volunteered for a variety of organizations in OKC. Michelle worked for a year in D.C. as an intern for leadership and resource development at the National Council of La Raza (now UNIDOS US). She is an alum of Leadership Oklahoma City’s Young Adult Leaders, (LOYAL) Class I. Mazaheri Williams also worked as the Assistant VP and COO for CoolSpeak, a youth engagement company from 2009-2013. She spent those years traveling across the country – managing events, speaking engagements, and programming as well as being a facilitator and speaker for student leadership development and female empowerment programs.
After moving back to Oklahoma in 2013, Michelle Mazaheri Williams joined the family business again. She continues to use her knowledge and expertise in management while also enjoying being a part of the growth and success of Mazaheri Properties.
She currently lives in Oklahoma with her family.
Ryan Williams
Operations Manager
Ryan Williams is the Operations Manager at Mazaheri Properties. He brings over 10 years of management experience.
Ryan oversees the operations for each property ensuring properties are well maintained and updated regularly. Ryan is very reliable and responsive to tenant needs and ensures the follow up with tenants.
Ryan began his career in 2007 starting as a valet, cashier and then to supervisor at one of Mazaheri’s parking garages in downtown Oklahoma City. He has run over ten parking operations in Bricktown and Downtown area and has increased the parking revenue in all operations. Ryan has a keen eye for details, process flow and follow up.
Ryan Williams received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Criminal Justice and Minor in substance abuse.
Phillip Mazaheri
Acquisition & Disposition Advisor
Phillip Mazaheri, CCIM handles the acquisitions and dispositions for Mazaheri Properties. Since joining Price Edwards & Company in 2007, Phillip has closed over $535,000,000 in investment sales, totaling over 7,660,000 square feet. Mazaheri sold over $116,000,000 of Retail Investments in the Oklahoma City Metro and DFW markets in 2022 and $27,000,000 in 2023 year-to-date. He also controls a portfolio of 1,340,000 square feet of existing and new construction retail leasing projects consisting of 18 properties including 244 tenants.
With over 16 years in the Oklahoma City marketplace, Phillip has been able to create a voluminous database of real estate investors. Combined with his extensive market knowledge and modern marketing technology, he is able to create maximum value for investors. Offerings can be emailed out to thousands of investors with links for immediate access to listing packages and materials. Listings are also uploaded to a multitude of websites with flyers and details on each property.
Phillip has handled multiple assets of commercial real estate during his time at Price Edwards & Company. Most recent transactions handled were Retail Investment properties, Retail single-tenant buildings, Shopping Center Sales, development projects and Retail Leasing.
Phillip holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, TCN Worldwide, and Chainlinks Retail Advisors. TCN offers 160+ offices in 24 countries, giving local and regional brokers access to 200+ markets, and networking ability that rivals that of any of the national firms. TCN currently has 445,000,000+ square feet under management with $58.6 Billion in transactions. Chainlinks offers a further 60+ markets, as well as networking for over 600 local firms across North America.
Mazaheri is also involved in a number of non-profit organizations. He served on the board for Infant Crisis Services for 9 years and volunteers for OK Humane Society. Phillip is also an alumni for Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
George Williams
Retail Leasing Advisor
George Williams, CCIM handles the Retail, Office and Medical Leasing for Mazaheri Properties. George is a partner within the Retail Investment Team for Price Edwards & Company. As part of the retail investment team, George is responsible for marketing, sales and leasing retail properties within the Price Edwards portfolio. He represents numerous landlords and developers within Oklahoma and has also worked with many local and national tenants. George possesses strong, decisive, and collaborative leadership skills, with a proven sales ability to assess client needs; establish rapport, build trust, and close deals.
Leasing and sales is a business of relationships. George is able to assist clients by leveraging his extensive network of retailers, developers, landlords, and brokers. George has demonstrated success across all property types, including neighborhood, community and power centers, single-entity, mixed-use, lifestyle and urban properties, as well as development and redevelopment projects. George believes that the best mix of dynamic anchor tenants, complementary retailers, and service providers plus the careful selection of outparcel users create synergy, define the personality of each property, and provide the opportunity to realize maximum achievable rents, mutual goals and profitability.
George holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Real Estate Council, and the Chainlink Advisors Young Brokers Council.
George is a graduate of Baylor University.
