Bryant Square, a Class A retail power center in Edmond, Oklahoma, has sold for $54,035,000. The transaction was brokered by Phillip Mazaheri, CCIM, and closed as part of a tenant-in-common ownership group assembled by Mazaheri Properties and Champion Hotels.
The sale is the fourth Class A power center Mazaheri has brokered within two years — a run that together totals more than $175 million and approximately 850,000 square feet across the Oklahoma City metro and Dallas-Fort Worth.
Positioned across from a top-performing Super Target and anchored by a diversified national tenant mix, Bryant Square remains one of Edmond’s premier retail destinations. It is directly owned and managed by Mazaheri Properties.
