Fred Mazaheri founded Mazaheri Properties and serves as its CEO and President. He began his real estate career in Oklahoma City in 1987, growing the firm from residential investment into a commercial portfolio spanning retail, office, medical, and ground-up development across Oklahoma and Texas. Fred studied at Sharif University of Technology and the University of Central Florida, with doctoral work at Purdue University. He leads the company by a consistent philosophy — low leverage, long-term ownership, and quality locations.

Phillip Mazaheri leads acquisitions and dispositions for Mazaheri Properties. Across 18 years in Oklahoma City commercial real estate he has closed more than $600 million in sales volume over 8.1 million-plus square feet — including over $200 million in retail transactions since 2022 — and oversees a 1.5 million-square-foot portfolio of 17 properties and 282 tenants. He has been affiliated with Price Edwards & Company since 2007 and is a member of ICSC, TCN Worldwide, and Chainlinks Retail Advisors. Phillip is active with Leadership Oklahoma City, Infant Crisis Services, and the Oklahoma Humane Society.
