What is under development?

The current pipeline is neighborhood centers, pad sites for national operators and a downtown residential project. Pre-leasing means space can be committed before the building is finished, which is normally how the anchor and end-cap positions are filled. Delivery dates and available sizes are on each project page, and both move as construction does.
