This policy describes what Mazaheri Properties collects when you use this website or contact us about leasing, acquisitions or investment, and what we do with it. It applies to mazaheriproperties.com and to enquiries sent to the addresses and phone numbers published on it.
What we collect
When you send a leasing or investment enquiry, we collect what you choose to tell us: your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you write about the space or the transaction you are interested in. We keep that correspondence so we can answer it and follow up on it.
Our web host records standard server logs for every visit, including your IP address, browser, the pages you requested and the time you requested them. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure.
This site sets cookies only where they are needed for it to work. We do not run advertising trackers on it, and we do not sell or rent any information about visitors.
Third parties
Property pages embed maps from Google. Loading a page with a map means your browser contacts Google, which has its own privacy policy and its own cookies. Some property cards link to hotel operators’ own booking sites; once you follow one of those links you are on their site under their policy, not ours.
How long we keep things
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant and for as long as our record-keeping obligations require, then deleted. Server logs are rotated by our host on its own schedule.
Your choices
Write to us at the address below and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we are required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
