Mazaheri Properties has acquired Memorial Square, a 123,557-square-foot retail power center on 14.5 acres in north Oklahoma City, for $24.6 million — approximately $199.10 per square foot.
Shadow-anchored by a Super Target, Memorial Square sits in one of the metro’s densest retail corridors along Memorial Road, surrounded by strong daytime traffic and growing rooftops.
The acquisition added to a portfolio of Class A power centers the firm has been assembling across Oklahoma and Texas alongside its partners.
Memorial Square is owned and managed directly by Mazaheri Properties.
