Quailbrook Plaza, an 88,538-square-foot retail and medical shopping center at 4401 W. Memorial Road in north Oklahoma City, has sold for $14,000,000. The center was 88% occupied at the time of sale, anchored by a Mercy Hospital medical use occupying approximately 44% of the building.
The disposition continues an active stretch of buying and selling for the Mazaheri organization, which has built a reputation for repositioning well-located retail and medical assets across the Oklahoma City metro.
“We’re disciplined on both sides of the ledger — we buy the right assets and we sell when the timing is right for our partners,” a Mazaheri Properties spokesperson said.
Proceeds from the sale are being redeployed into the firm’s growing portfolio of Class A retail power centers across Oklahoma and Texas.
