What kind of land is available?

Six parcels across Oklahoma City, Edmond and Arcadia, ranging from infill blocks inside the downtown grid to tracts of several hundred acres on the edge of the metro.

A build-to-suit means the building is designed around the operator and delivered ready to occupy, with the land kept rather than sold.
