Retail Investments

Retail power centers and shopping centers held by Mazaheri Properties across the Oklahoma City metro and Dallas-Fort Worth, with square footage, occupancy and anchor tenants for each.

What is in the retail portfolio?

Fourteen retail centers across the Oklahoma City metro and Fort Worth, together about 1,456,000 square feet. Six are in Oklahoma City, four in Edmond, two in Moore, one in Norman and one in Fort Worth.

The mix runs from power centers anchored by national retailers — Ross, Burlington, Old Navy, Marshalls, Best Buy, PetSmart — down to neighborhood strip centers and single pad sites. Most are on arterial corners with traffic counts in the tens of thousands of vehicles a day, and several combine retail with office and medical tenants in the same building.

Every center below lists its gross leasable area, its site size, the year it was built and who anchors it. Centers with space available are also listed under For Lease.
